Hello everyone, My name is Ahsan Abdullah Sigit from class 7B. Today I will explain about our project, Smart Trash Bin. A Smart Trash Bin is a trash can that can open automatically. This project helps people throw garbage easily and keeps our hands clean. The first component is the Ultrasonic Sensor. The ultrasonic sensor detects objects or hands in front of the trash bin. If a hand is close, the sensor sends a signal. The second component is the Micro:bit Extension. The Micro:bit extension connects all components and controls the system. It processes the signal from the sensor. The third component is the Servo Motor. The servo motor moves the lid of the trash bin. When the sensor detects a hand, the servo motor opens the lid automatically. In conclusion, the Smart Trash Bin is useful, simple, and modern. It helps people keep the environment clean and hygienic.
